Location: Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter and Central Coast regions in NSW (also Victoria).

About The RoleThe Support Worker plays a vital role in fostering a safe, friendly, and supportive environment for individuals living with disabilities, children, and young people in the care of Allambi Care. Through tailored person‑centred active support, this role empowers participants and young people, including those with complex needs, to develop daily living skills, engage in community activities, and build their capacity for greater independence and inclusivity, ultimately helping them achieve their goals.
