About the Role

Bower’s Heavy Haulage are looking for an experienced HC or MC driver to join our team in a full-time position at the Singleton branch. Transporting oversized freight to and from mine sites locally in the Hunter Valley.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Transporting freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from sites
2. Ensuring all freight is restrained correctly and safely
3. Commitment to creating a safe work environment
4. Diligence to ensure all paperwork is completed correctly

Skills and Experience Required

1. Current HC or MC Driver’s licence
2. Experience in using load restraints
3. Previous mining experience
4. Willingness to complete Order 43 Medical and mine site inductions
5. Great communication, organisational and self-management skills
6. Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
7. Willingness to work together as a team and follow directives
