Originally specialising in high-quality Chinese pearls, we have since expanded our range to include Japanese Akoya and Australian South Sea pearls. With competitive pricing and exceptional service, we continue to grow our nationwide retail network. We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to support our brand growth and business operations. Key Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s range of pearl and gemstone jewellery to retail clients across Australia. • Planning and coordinating advertising campaigns, online promotions, and social media activities to increase brand awareness and drive wholesale enquiries. • Preparing product catalogues, marketing brochures, and digital content to highlight new jewellery collections and seasonal promotions. • Liaising with retailers, trade partners, and suppliers to ensure marketing activities align with business and sales objectives. • Conducting market research to analyse jewellery market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to support pricing and promotional decisions. • Coordinating product photography, website updates, and online store content to enhance the presentation of jewellery products. • Monitoring digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, and providing regular analytical reports. • Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent communication with retail partners and wholesale clients. • Supporting product development by identifying emerging market opportunities for pearl and gemstone jewellery. • Providing recommendations on pricing strategies, product positioning, and marketing materials to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
