Manager, Customer Delivery

Your role

In this role, you will lead and develop a highly engaged team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, drive growth, and improve operational effectiveness across a range of distribution channels. Youll connect your team to the Assisted Distribution Plan, ensuring each individual understands their contribution to the broader strategy. 

With a focus on reducing leakage and improving customer advocacy, you will embed a culture of customer centricity and continuous improvement. Youll drive performance by achieving key customer, growth, and efficiency targets, building strong relationships with global partners, and managing Total Controllable Expenses within delegation.  

This is a 10-month max-term role, open to candidates in Boorloo (Perth)⁠.   

About You•  Proven leadership experience, including leading leaders and high-performing teams•  Strong sales background with demonstrated success in driving sales outcomes•  Solid management experience within the insurance industry, with a clear understanding of sales operations•  Demonstrated strength in customer management and building strong client relationships•  Operationally strong, with a focus on performance, process, and results
