The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Fitter to join our Goodman Fielder team in Hobart. This full‑time, salaried position works Tuesday to Saturday, including one full factory shut‑down day dedicated to maintenance. In this role you will be a key part of our high‑performing Operations team, ensuring our equipment is safe, reliable and running at its best. What You Will Do

Complete preventative and reactive maintenance across plant equipment.
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs, modifications and service work.
Prioritise maintenance tasks and respond to breakdowns as the first point of contact.
Support engineering standards through effective SH&E and QA reporting.
Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement activity across the site.
