This is a full-time ongoing role with immediate start and opportunities for long-term, stable employment.
The facility produces high-quality steel reinforcement products for the residential, commercial, mining, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Operate off coil rebar machinery, benders, shearers and bench machines
- Maintain high levels of production and meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure correct bundling and tagging of material per company SWI
- Communicate effectively with loaders and factory team
- Optimise factory space by manoeuvring material safely
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards at all times
- Participate in toolbox talks and continuous improvement discussions
- Report any process issues or improvement ideas to your manager
- Mechanically minded or good with your hands, this job might be for you
- Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing environments
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Forklift Licence & NSW Driver's Licence
- Good communication and teamwork skills
