Randstad is currently seeking reliable and hard‑working labourers/Trade assistants to join our team across a range of civil construction and parks & recreation projects. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and thrive in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labouring duties on site including site preparation, clean‑up, and manual handling
  • Assist trades people
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation at all times
  • Assist with site preparation, construction, and maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in day and night shifts as required
Requirements
  • Proven experience within construction or landscaping
  • Must be physically fit to perform labour‑intensive tasks
  • Pre‑employment physical assessment and drug & alcohol test
  • Willingness to work both weekdays and weekends
  • Valid white Card and driver’s licence
