Civil Construction Workers - Tully Region

Location: Tully & Surrounds, QLD Work Type: Ongoing casual - Monday to Saturday (6:30am start) Start Date: Immediate Start

We're recruiting reliable, skilled workers for a large-scale infrastructure project in the Tully region, supporting civil construction works including culverts, guardrails, intersection upgrades, and general earthworks.

Our client is a nationally recognised civil contractor with a strong presence in regional QLD, and this is a great opportunity to join a team that values safety, commitment, and local participation.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be hands-on across a variety of civil construction tasks, depending on your skills and current tickets. This might include operating rollers, assisting with formwork, spotting for machinery, or taking on general labouring duties. The work is outdoors and physically active, with early starts and long days - you'll be contributing to important local infrastructure upgrades and working as part of a close-knit team

What You'll Need

• Construction White Card
• Relevant civil experience and/or machinery tickets (e.g. Roller, Skid Steer Loader)
• Own transport and a reliable attitude
• Fit for physical work and confident following safety procedures
• Ability to complete pre-employment inductions
