Permanent | Full-time | 76 Hours Per Fortnight

Nine Day Fortnight | Premium Recquatic Membership | 13% Superannuation 

This position is classified as a PACS Band 3 ($68,049 - $71,878 p.a plus penalties) under the City of Kwinana's structured remuneration system.

What's On OfferA fantastic opportunity exists for someone who is passionate about working outdoors. As the Kwinana Adventure Park Caretaker, you will be responsible in undertaking all maintenance and upkeep requirements of the Kwinana Adventure Park facility and City Centre Precinct are met. You will ensure optimal customer service standards for all patrons, hirer groups and contractors visiting the Kwinana Adventure Park.

What You'll Need

• Experienced in the safe operation of machinery.
• Working knowledge in the maintenance of a similar facility.
• Highly developed customer service, verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
• Highly developed general maintenance skills and be physically capable to undertake the work, manual handling, use of tools and equipment.
• Ability to work on rostered weekends.
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate. Current Police Clearance MR Class Driver's Licence.
• Possess or desire to attain (to be undertaken on commencement) certifications in horticulture, turf, or playground maintenance; Chemical Handling Training; Group 4 aquatic facility technical operations training.
• Safety Awareness Training - White Card Basic Worksite Traffic Management Certificate (to be undertaken on commencement).

*Please note the hours of work for this position is a 76 hour fortnight which includes work on alternate weekends. Standard hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00am - 3:45pm Friday, with alternate weekends paid at penalty rates
