About the Role

As an Instant Return Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. You will be based at our Brisbane Store and may be required to work at other QLD stores within reasonable travel distance.

  • Greeting customers as they return their vehicles and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Inspecting the returning vehicle for damage
  • Courteously and expeditiously processing rental returns
  • Selling Hertz rental options to valued customers
  • Ensuring overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
About You
  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in the rental industry preferred
  • Flexibility of working hours (7‑day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)
  • A full and current AU driver’s licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
