Salary of $100,000.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Permanent 12 month contract
Clinic Hours - 9:00am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
Accommodation provided - shared

Strengthen culturally safe referral pathways through collaboration with hospitals, AMS and palliative care services to ensure patients and families receive the right care at the right time.
Engage with community by developing health resources, and delivering education to raise awareness and reduce barriers to care.
Drive continuous improvement by collecting and analysing data, monitoring outcomes, and applying quality improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
Support holistic, family-centred care by developing practical models of care, coordinating equipment and resources, and ensuring culturally appropriate palliative care is available close to home.
To be eligible you must:
Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Have a minimum of 12 months clinical nursing experience as an immunisation nurse
Current Drivers licence
Experience working with Aboriginal and Indigenous communities - desirable
Immunisation Certificate
Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
