Grant Administration Support Officer

Temporary Full Time (commencing 3 November 2025 until 13 November 2026)

Location: Morwell

Salary: $73,617.96 - $78,471.29 per annum plus 12% superannuation

An exciting 12-month opportunity exists for a customer focused administrator to provide confidential, and efficient administrative support including data entry and research assistance to the Social Policy and Inclusion Team.

About the role

As Grants Support Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Grants Officer, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, assisting with research, and handling a range of administrative tasks. You will also be a friendly point of contact for community members, providing education and support throughout the Grant and Sponsorship process.

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in office administration and/or relevant experience.
  • Strong administration and computer skills.
  • Experience in supporting community members and groups to feel comfortable and actively participate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
  • Proven ability to provide high quality and accurate administrative assistance.
  • The ability to work within an environment that values continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
