We are currently seeking a Aphra registered GP to join a clinic in Mill Park, Victoria. Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Practitioner (GP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing patient-centered care, with a strong focus on preventive health and chronic disease management. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct health assessments, examinations, and procedures as required.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with Australian healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
