Partnering directly with the Founder, you will take the reins of day-to-day leadership, embedding discipline, rhythm and accountability, while freeing the owner to focus on vision and growth.

This is not a corporate ivory tower role. It is a hands-on leadership brief where you’ll be in the thick of decision-making — driving margins, building capability, strengthening client relationships, and shaping a culture that thrives on unity and accountability. In the EOS model, the Integrator is the leader who turns the Founder’s vision into execution — fostering discipline, accountability, and alignment across the business. This is a classic Integrator role with some flair for external stakeholder engagement.

You’ll be one of the faces of the business with clients, tenders and negotiations, bringing credibility and confidence to the table. Internally, you’ll be known as a decisive, collaborative and high-EQ leader — firm when needed, trusted always, and never hierarchical. You’ll balance commercial edge with cultural care, recognising that people, process and profit all matter equally in building a sustainable, respected business.

The role calls for a proven SME leader with deep financial and commercial acumen, the presence to lead externally, and the instinct to embed performance and accountability without bureaucracy. A background in design, property, construction or a related industry sector will be valued, but is not essential. What matters most is your track record as a hands-on General Manager who thrives in private, owner-led enterprises, and your ability to deliver growth and culture side by side.
