General Manager - Digital

This is a rare opportunity within our Cotton On Leadership team to shape the future of fashion retail on a global scale. As our General Manager- Digital, you’ll set the strategy, lead a world-class team, and bring bold ideas to life through technology, storytelling and customer connection. You’ll play a critical role in how we grow, with care, ambition, and with a clear sense of possibility.

What you’ll do
  • Shape Digital & eCommerce Strategy
    Lead our roadmap for global online growth, owning all digital sales channels and aligning performance with business revenue goals. Drive strategies that increase conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Accelerate Customer Growth & Loyalty
    Steer customer acquisition and retention across paid and organic channels. Elevate our Cotton On Perks Loyalty Program, ensuring seamless integration and engagement across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead Digital Marketing & Campaign Excellence
    Deliver cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns in partnership with brand teams, owning SEO, paid media, email, and promotional strategies. Champion compelling product storytelling and a distinctive digital voice.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics for Impact
    Translate customer insights, traffic, and sales data into actionable strategies. Optimize marketing spend and continuously refine the digital experience through testing and innovation.
  • Drive Platform Excellence & Seamless Experience
    Ensure flawless website performance, SEO, security, and mobile responsiveness. Collaborate with IT, UX/UI, and distribution teams to guarantee smooth customer journeys from click to delivery.
  • Inspire Collaboration & Lead with Influence
    Lead high-performing digital and eCommerce teams to achieve ambitious customer and trade goals. Partner across brand, operations, and external agencies to unlock future-focused digital growth.
