GLG NSW are seeking full time staff to work on our gardening and mowing teams maintaining horticultural assets for various clients across the Sydney area. Working from our Hornsby Depot.
Key Responsibilities
Manage grounds maintenance tasks using associated plant and equipment, including brushcutting, hedging, blowing, weeding, zero turn mowers and tractors.
Operate various mowing equipment, blowers and brushcutters safely and efficiently.
Ensure all equipment is regularly maintained and in safe working order.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections, to assess the quality of work and report any issues to your supervisor.
Manage waste disposal and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.

What you need
Skill in operating and maintaining mowing equipment safely and effectively.
Experience in landscaping, gardening or a related field is preferred.
A willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.
A strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety.
A legal right to work in Australia.
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
A current manual driver's licence, minimum LR.
National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
