Known for their commitment to safety, operational excellence, and building strong industry relationships, they are a trusted partner to some of the countrys leading resource operators.    About the Role This Finance Manager position will lead the finance function, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and reporting while driving process improvements. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial stability.    Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and mentoring
  • Oversee month-end and year-end reporting processes
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including BAS, payroll tax, and income tax
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Oversee payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions
  • Maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide commercial insights and analysis
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements
About You
  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CA qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar Finance Manager role
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and compliance requirements
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
