Opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Senior Designer/Design Director to lead this in-house team shaping end-to-end brand and digital experiences.
Join this well known and fast-growing Australian tech company who is seeking a highly organised and ambitious Senior Designer or Design Director to play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and development of its in-house creative function.
Working closely with key stakeholders across marketing, product, events and digital, you will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency and design excellence across digital, product, website, campaign, event and marketing communications. You will oversee workflow, briefing processes, team development and creative quality while collaborating closely with product and digital experience teams.
In this pivotal role, you will balancie leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and hands-on design. You will mentor a team of designers, provide creative direction and feedback, help refine systems and processes, and ensure projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
With 7+ years’ experience gained within an agency or in-house environment, you will bring strong expertise across brand, digital design and visual communication. Advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, while experience across motion, video content, UX/UI and AI tools will be highly regarded.
You are detail-oriented, collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and confidently manage multiple priorities.
