ABOUT THE ROLE

Journey Family Lawyers is looking for a Family Lawyer, who is kind, smart, empathetic and driven to join our team at either our North Lakes office or our Brisbane CBD Office.

In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of family law, including:

• Property settlement matters;

• Binding Financial Agreements;

• Binding Child Support Agreements;

• Separation and Divorce;

• Parenting matters;

• Domestic Violence Matters;

• Surrogacy Matters.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters;

• Manage and progress client files efficiently;

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions;

• Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The suitable candidate will: -

• Have a keen interest in working in family law;

• Be confident and competent;

• Have experience in family law;

• Have good advocacy skills;

• Have strong communication and computer skills;

• Be able to work independently and also as a team player.
