Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing customers in Queensland. The successful candidate will ensure that our equipment operates optimally and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure that equipment is functioning correctly.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Travel interstate to provide support at trade shows, as well as monthly trips to remote and regional areas of Queensland.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and services provided.

Candidate Requirements:

• Well-presented, energetic, and career-driven.

• Flexible and motivated with a strong work ethic.

•   Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.

•   Highly organised with superior time management skills.

• Willingness to travel regularly and work some weekends.

• Must be 25 years or older with an open drivers license

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer literacy.

successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.
