Job function: Management and Manufacturing; Industries: Hospitals and Health Care

• You will be responsible for the daily cooking in line with our site Food Safety Plan.
• Your key responsibilities will include the preparation of food for our residents.
• You will deliver the highest standard of client food services and ensure competency certification of all tasks undertaken.
• You will observe and follow correct food handling policies and procedures as documented in the Food Safety Program.
• You will complete all relevant monitoring documentation regarding food safety.

To be successful in this role, you will have food handling skills, previous experience within kitchen operations and a Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery.

To work in residential aged care, you must provide satisfactory background checks, supply an NDIS worker screening clearance, seasonal influenza vaccinations, proof of work rights and certification proof.
