About The Role:
As a Shift Manager at our Smithton Plant, you’ll play a critical leadership role in driving production performance, safety, and quality across your shift. You’ll lead a team of operators and work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be part of the Smithton Plant production leadership team, reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with Quality, Operations, and support functions. This role leads a frontline production team and plays a key role in delivering site performance, building team capability, and embedding a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
