About The Role

In this role, you would deliver and install healthcare equipment directly to our customers at their homes. We will provide all the appropriate product training, enabling you to focus and deliver on our client's needs, whether it be disabilities, reduced mobility or rehabilitation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Physically fit, being able to transport heavy products, such as beds and other equipment, in and out of customers' homes.
• Technical ability, as we are looking to develop this role to include technician responsibilities: being able to service our mobility equipment
• Positive attitude and good customer service
• Able to problem solve
• Able to work in a varied and busy environment
• Valid working rights, drivers license and willingness to obtain necessary checks needed to work with our customers (eg: police check)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, delivery and installation of products to customers' homes
• Attend training and be well versed on our products
• Demonstrating how our products work to customers
• Learn enough about our products with the aim of servicing our equipment
• Warehouse support as required
