About the role
Withers Dental is seeking an experienced Dentist to join our practice in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a flexible (happy to negotiate days per week with right candidate) role that will see you providing a comprehensive range of dental services to our growing patient base.
What you'll be doing
Conducting thorough oral examinations and developing tailored treatment plans for patients
Performing a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and bridges
Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative dental care
Maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
Collaborating with the wider dental team to provide excellent patient care
What we're looking for
Registered Dentist with a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as preference
Current AHPRA general registration is required for this position
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive patient experience
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care
Enthusiasm for continuing professional development and keeping up with industry best practices
A caring, compassionate approach and the ability to put patients at ease

Salary: 40% commission
Successful candidate will be taking over the existing patient database of the previous dentist, preference to start October 2025.
Start date is flexible between October and November 2025 to accommodate the right candidate.
