  • Learning and mastering Reception & Admin duties - answering calls, booking appointments, handling patient inquiries, and more!
  • Becoming an integral part of our team in providing excellent service to patients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
  • Helping out with day-to-day operations - from keeping the clinic running smoothly to making sure every patient has a top-notch experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • A friendly, team-oriented personality - we love our vibrant, multicultural staff and want someone wholl vibe with us!
  • Dental Assistant experience is a must (bonus points if youve dabbled in Reception/Admin duties before!).
  • A passion for learning and taking on new challenges. Well teach you everything you need to know!
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and staff from all walks of life.
  • Flexibility - sometimes youll be at the front desk, and sometimes youll be right there helping the dentist chairside!
