About the role Tutop Bakery & Takeaway is seeking a dedicated and experienced Baker to join our busy and growing team. This is a full time position offering stability, long term career opportunity, and a supportive workplace environment.We are known for producing high quality bread, pastries, and takeaway items for our local community, and we are expanding our production capacity to meet demand. Key responsibilities Prepare, mix, and bake dough for breads, rolls, pastries, pies, and other baked products Operate and maintain commercial bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, provers, and dough dividers Ensure all products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards Follow strict hygiene, food safety, and WHS procedures Monitor ingredient levels and assist with inventory ordering Assist in planning daily production schedules to meet customer demand Maintain cleanliness of baking areas, tools, and equipment Contribute positively to a supportive team environment What we're looking for A relevant qualification in baking, patisserie, or commercial cookery; or at least 1 year relevant work experience Solid hands on experience in commercial baking Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays where required Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality Time management skills and ability to work independently during production Reliability, motivation, and willingness to contribute to a small team What we offer Full time stable employment Competitive pay based on experience A supportive, friendly, and hardworking team Opportunity to develop skills in a busy commercial bakery A workplace open to 482 visa sponsorship for the right candidate About Us Tutop Bakery & Takeaway is a well known local bakery providing fresh baked goods and takeaway items daily.
