Job Description:
Arrow Electronics Australia is now searching for a Sales Manager based in Sydney. The Sales Manager will lead a sales team and work closely with other departments to drive business growth. This will be an excellent opportunity to join the management team of a leading electronic component distributor.
What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for budgeting, planning, performance and results of the team. Sets goals and strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives. Develops customer strategies to drive business growth. Develops strong relationship with customers and suppliers. Creates initiatives to drive business success. Monitors activities, progress and outcomes. Reviews Business performance.
What We Are Looking For Proven record of management experience. Clear and effective communication. Strong interpersonal skills. Good business knowledge and negotiation skills. Effectively prioritise and multitask for a fast-paced environment. Work within deadlines Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams. Degree holder with a minimum 8 years’ experience Previous sales experience in the electronics industry will be highly regarded and is desirable.
