Training Manager

Longchamp is seeking an experienced Training Manager to deliver learning and development initiatives across our Australian retail network. This is a unique opportunity to join a global luxury brand and make a real impact on customer experience, team capability, and commercial performance.

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, service excellence, and retail systems.
• Develop and deliver training programs for retail and wholesale teams.
• Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
• Coach and mentor store teams through regular visits and floor-based training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business priorities.
• Measure training impact using KPIs and performance metrics.

• Experience in training or retail operations within premium/luxury retail.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and adaptability.
• Passion for people development and commercial success.
• Flexibility to travel nationally and occasionally internationally.
