The Opportunity

Our client has created a new role for an experienced banking & finance level. With a strong pipeline of work and new clients, this commercial law firm is seeking a lawyer with at least 5 years plus pae, who can work autonomously on a wide range of finance transactions from property finance, corporate finance, structured finance.

You will be advising clients from a broad range of industry sectors. You will also be part of a diverse, genuine and friendly team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• at least 5 years plus pae in the area of banking & finance law
• alternatively you are a generalist commercial lawyer with finance law experience
• possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving skills
• the ability to build strong client relationships
• be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
