Your Day-to-Day:
Be the first point of contact for customers - on the phone, behind the counter, or coordinating jobs.
Back the Branch Manager to keep the workshop running smoothly.
Handle invoicing, job authorisations, and admin with accuracy.
Work as part of a tight-knit team to get vehicles in, fixed, and out again.
Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians to keep jobs moving.
What We're Looking For:
Automotive background - experience in service advising, spare parts, or customer support in a workshop environment preferred.
Practical communicator - someone who can talk to tradies, fleet managers, and everyday drivers in plain terms.
Detail-driven - get the paperwork right the first time.
Reliable team player - dependable, organised, and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
Tech capable - confident on computers, with some social media awareness a bonus.
Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
