This position is initially offered on a full-time casual basis, including weekend work across a rotating roster. Our customer service team is a busy hive of activity and a main point of contact for our customers, so the right candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing support and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role! Duties will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
• Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
• Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
• Reporting of customer service related activities to Customer Relations Manager
• Participate in regular product and sales training

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
• Excellent data entry skills
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
