As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the vital link between our customers and internal teams.
We are the leading supplier and distributor of high‑quality fabrics and related products throughout Australia. Our national team works closely with trimmers, fabricators, manufacturers, installers, retailers, wholesalers, specifiers and designers across the commercial, flooring, acoustics, blinds & awnings, marine, automotive, industrial, shade, agricultural and hospitality industries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email and face‑to‑face.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Building strong customer relationships through proactive, solution‑focused communication.
- Handling complaints and following through to resolution within agreed timeframes.
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Accurately entering and monitoring customer orders, coordinating with logistics for on‑time delivery.
- Liaising with Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to resolve order and billing queries.
- Keeping up to date with product changes to guide customers with their selections.
- Upholding workplace health and safety standards at all times.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- A genuine customer‑first mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential); Microsoft CRM & BC experience advantageous.
- Strong data entry and records management skills.
- Solid organisational and time management abilities.
- Confident working independently as well as contributing to a team.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded but not essential.
