Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant
Customer service role, creating moments that matter for Repco customers in an aftermarket auto products retail & trade environment.
About the role
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online. This part‑time position requires Monday, Tuesday and Friday shifts, totaling 22.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Always maintain a safety focus to ensure the safety of you, teammates and customers.
- Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
- Use strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance.
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
- Process stock: receive, dispatch and store.
