We opened our first restaurant in 2006 and remain obsessed with fresh food and local ingredients to serve the best fast food across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Role: Cook

The Cook is at the heart of restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving, and weighing-in with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You’ll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high-standard products for our new and regular guests.

Able to work between 5.00 am to 11.00 pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh Mexican-inspired dishes to a high standard
• Problem solve and ensure quality and consistency in every dish
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately and efficiently
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with team to deliver a positive guest experience

Qualifications

• Experience is helpful, but not essential
• Open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort
• ‘Can do’ attitude and reliable
