Hunter Homes is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping clients bring their dream homes to life while contributing to the continued success of one of the region's most respected residential builders.
As a Contracts Administrator with Hunter Homes, you will be at the heart of our client experience, ensuring contracts are managed with precision and professionalism while providing exceptional support across multiple stages of the home-building process.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication throughout all stages of the contract process.
Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and coordinate the signing of tenders and contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
Plan Changes & Design Support: Work with clients on plan changes and design adjustments, collaborating closely with internal teams to bring their vision to life.
Report Ordering: Oversee the procurement of essential reports such as soil tests, contour surveys, 10.7 certificates, flood and bushfire assessments, and other required documentation.
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with internal departments to ensure timelines are met and that client expectations are delivered with excellence.
Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.

Experience & Knowledge:
Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator role, ideally within the residential building or construction industry.
Solid understanding of building processes, compliance requirements, and relevant legislation (advantageous).

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
