About the role
The Continuing Care Team Clinician provides comprehensive, evidence-based clinical case management, psychological and psychosocial interventions consistent with the Early Psychosis Prevention and Intervention Centre (EPPIC) model of care.
headspace Penrith is one of 3 three sites delivering the headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program. We provide accessible, early intervention support for young people aged 12–25 who are experiencing, or are at high risk of developing, psychosis. Our multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based care that promotes recovery, strengthens family supports and helps young people achieve their goals.
About you in the role
The Continuing Care Team (CCT) Clinician role is a multidisciplinary team and an integral part of headspace Early Psychosis.

About you
The incumbent would be expected to have relevant clinical experience in and skills within mental health of a minimum of one-year post-registration, ideally with experience in early psychosis.
