Patient Services Officer / Receptionist
Clarity Hearing is seeking a warm, compassionate, and motivated Patient Services Officer / Receptionist to join our South Perth clinic and become the first and most important point of contact for our patients.

About the Role
As our Patient Services Officer / Receptionist, you will play an integral role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and patient‑centred experience.
Key Responsibilities
Open and close the clinic and manage reception at all times
Act as the first point of contact for patients and their families
Manage incoming calls, patient enquiries, bookings, invoicing, and billing
Provide consistently high standards of patient service and care
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with healthcare expectations
Maintain electronic patient files
Data entry and scanning
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Banking and reconciliation
Assist with clinic marketing initiatives
Perform minor hearing aid repairs and basic troubleshooting (training provided)
Ensure clear documentation and communication to support effective job sharing and continuity of care
About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and shows a genuine interest in supporting people with hearing loss. You will bring:

Confidence managing incoming calls and patient enquiries
Strong organisational and time‑management skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
Skills & Experience
Previous administration or reception experience is preferred
Hearing or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn industry‑specific practice management software (training provided)
Employment Details
Casual or permanent part‑time position
Flexible working arrangements are available, including full‑day shifts and afternoon‑only shifts
