Tasks included: 1. UI Design & Front-End Implementation Design responsive interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma/Adobe XD; produce culturally inclusive graphics/icons; implement designs in HTML5/CSS3/JS ensuring cross-browser/mobile compatibility 2. Digital Asset Management Create banners, landing pages, infographics, and motion graphics for educational programs and Diversity Atlas platform; maintain brand-consistent asset libraries; optimise images/animations for web performance 3. CMS & Platform Customisation Customise Word Press themes/layouts for non-technical staff; implement UI updates for Diversity Atlas Saa S platform in collaboration with engineers 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Consult Education Program Managers, Marketing, and Software Engineers to define requirements for campaigns/microsites; present designs and iterate based on feedback 5. QA & Performance Optimisation Conduct cross-device/browser visual testing; optimise loading speed and WCAG compliance; analyse engagement metrics to refine UI layouts 6. Design Standards Develop and maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and brand guidelines; advise internal teams on culturally appropriate visual asset usage Qualification and Work Experience Requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree in Art/Graphic/Visual Design or related field. 2. 3-5 years UI/Web Design experience with portfolio of responsive web/Saa S projects. 3. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (PS/AI) and Figma/Adobe XD skills; competency in HTML5, CSS3, Java Script for design implementation 4. Word Press CMS theme customisation and visual content management experience 5.
