About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in both the successful launch and ongoing operations of the Beveridge Central centre:

  • Lead pre‑opening setup and readiness activities
  • Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing team from day one
  • Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
  • Establish a positive, values‑driven centre culture
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations post‑opening
  • Partner closely with the Head of Curriculum and leadership team
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage centre setup, opening and daily operations
  • Recruit, onboard and develop a team of passionate educators
  • Foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture
  • Build strong relationships with families and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and National Quality Standards
  • Lead continuous improvement and drive quality outcomes
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
About You
  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role
  • Experience opening a new service (highly regarded)
  • Strong leadership, operational and organisational capability
  • Sound knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations & NQS
  • Proven ability to build, mentor and retain teams
  • Confident driving occupancy and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
