Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten is seeking an experienced and driven Centre Manager to lead our brand new Beveridge Central centre, opening soon. About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in both the successful launch and ongoing operations of the Beveridge Central centre:
Lead pre‑opening setup and readiness activities
Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing team from day one
Drive enrolments and occupancy growth
Establish a positive, values‑driven centre culture
Oversee day‑to‑day operations post‑opening
Partner closely with the Head of Curriculum and leadership team
Key Responsibilities
Manage centre setup, opening and daily operations
Recruit, onboard and develop a team of passionate educators
Foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Ensure compliance with regulations and National Quality Standards
Lead continuous improvement and drive quality outcomes
Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
About You
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
Minimum 2 years experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role
Experience opening a new service (highly regarded)
Strong leadership, operational and organisational capability
Sound knowledge of Children’s Services Regulations & NQS
Proven ability to build, mentor and retain teams
Confident driving occupancy and community engagement
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
