Careers & Pathways AdvisorWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Careers & Pathways Advisor to join the Concordia Campus in 2026.
The Careers & Pathways Advisor is responsible for providing careers and future pathways counselling to students. Collaboration with parents, business and industry, post-secondary institutions and community organisations to support students' transition to post-secondary education and employment is important.
The Careers & Pathways Advisor works collaboratively with the Faculty Leader - Identities and Futures to ensure the delivery of career development services, including Careers Expos and work experience programs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional team that is dedicated to connecting, challenging, and empowering every learner in its community.
Registered teachers and experienced non-teaching practitioners are encouraged to apply.
