Kinetic Specialised Resources (KSR) provide premium workforce transportation services to the mining and resources sector. We are currently looking for a dynamic, commercially minded leader to join us as General Manager, leading our Central Qld and Mackay operations.

• Lead and manage regional operations and team performance
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant service delivery
• Drive customer satisfaction and financial growth
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, especially in the resources sector
• Monitor KPIs and report on business performance
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation
• Oversee fleet standards and collaborate on maintenance
• Lead commercial negotiations and identify growth opportunities
• Support a hands-on, team-oriented culture

• Tertiary qualification in Business or related field, or significant experience in Transport & Logistics Operations
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive growth in competitive environments
• Strong project management skills across budgeting, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• MR licence or willingness to obtain (bus driving required)
• Valid State Driving Authority and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• High computer literacy (MS Office and internal systems)
