About this roleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our multi-disciplinary team in supporting vulnerable families through targeted early intervention services, comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions.
This role involves conducting in-depth risk and needs assessments to identify families requiring support, and delivering services that promote healthy child development, strengthen caregiver-child attachment, enhance safety, and foster meaningful connections that set up foundations that support better outcomes across the early years.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of child development, particularly social-emotional and cognitive development and the impacts of early life vulnerabilities and adverse experiences on development, attachment, learning and relationships. Working from a trauma-responsive and relational framework, you will be instrumental in driving meaningful, long-term outcomes that enhance the safety, resilience, and holistic well‑being of children aged 0–12 and their families.
