About the Role:
As a Business Improvement Specialist for Systems, Automation & AI, you’ll sit at the intersection of operations, technology and innovation, partnering closely with the Continuous Improvement team and wider business to identify and deliver smarter ways of working.
Working under an experienced Continuous Improvement leader, you’ll go beyond traditional CI - owning both the thinking and the building. You’ll identify where AI and automation can unlock real value, then design, prototype and deploy solutions that drive measurable outcomes across customer experience and commercial operations and sales.
For a passionate transformation specialist, this is a unique opportunity to get hands-on with modern AI tooling while shaping large-scale operational change.
