Business Coordinator

This role is a great opportunity to join our passionate, driven and successful Sales team. The Business Coordinator plays a critical role in providing high-level operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business unit. This includes coordination of business activities, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The role also provides Executive Assistant (EA) support to the Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and confidential document handling.

The role will report to the General Manager, Surgical Australia but provide support across all areas of the business. Key responsibilities include:

1. Business Coordination

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across the business unit to ensure efficiency and alignment with organisational priorities.

  • Support implementation and tracking of strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in preparing reports, business cases, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain and improve business processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure operational excellence.

  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes in collaboration with Finance.

  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to ensure timely resolution of business requests and issues.

  • Monitor compliance with organisational policies and governance processes.

2. Executive Assistant (EA) Support to Leadership Team

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Leadership Team members (e.g., Managing Director, GM, Head of Departments).

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate appointments.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodation, and travel documentation.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for leadership meetings.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.

3. Office & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders engaging with the Leadership Team.

  • Coordination and planning of Enovis events such as conferences, GM Updates, Team meetings, customer visits, leadership offsites.

  • Support onboarding of new leaders and team members including access and orientation scheduling.

  • Manage subscriptions, office supplies, and administrative vendor relationships where required.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field desirable.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative, business support, project coordination, office management or support role is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and the capability and desire to learn new technology as necessary.
