Business Analyst – Strategic Procurement and Compliance Frameworks (Brisbane) – Contract

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex policy into actionable system functionality? We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to join a key project team focused on the development and implementation of systems under a Strategic Procurement and Compliance Framework. In this role, you will lead critical business analysis activities, ensuring the successful design and integration of systems that support procurement reform initiatives. What You Will Do
  • Lead requirements‑gathering workshops with stakeholders to identify and document comprehensive business and system requirements.
  • Map current and future‑state processes to support the design and implementation of systems under the PAM Framework.
  • Develop and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation to guide system development.
  • Act as the primary liaison between policy, ICT, and operational teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Oversee data profiling, cleansing, and migration activities while managing the execution of test strategies and UAT.
