Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments of buildings (Residential and Commercial) to determine replacement costs.

• Using industry tools/software to produce detailed insurance estimates (Scope of Works)

• Interpreting building plans, specifications, and photos.

• Liaising with clients, insurers, and underwriters to clarify scope and provide guidance.

• Staying up to date with current construction rates, materials, and codes.

• Delivering clear, professional reports — on time and to standard.

• A Background in construction would be ideal for the role.

• Willingness to learn insurance processes and estimation systems (we'll provide training)

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Australian Driver's license
