We're looking for a Building Insurance Estimator— someone who understands general building knowledge to be able to assess and Scope for insurance purposes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting assessments of buildings (Residential and Commercial) to determine replacement costs.
Using industry tools/software to produce detailed insurance estimates (Scope of Works)
Interpreting building plans, specifications, and photos.
Liaising with clients, insurers, and underwriters to clarify scope and provide guidance.
Staying up to date with current construction rates, materials, and codes.
Delivering clear, professional reports — on time and to standard.
A Background in construction would be ideal for the role.
Willingness to learn insurance processes and estimation systems (we'll provide training)
Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Australian Driver's license
