The Opportunity We're seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join us in a casual production role at our Taren Point facility. Full training is provided. Key Responsibilities Manually load and stack 20 kg bagged products Operate bagging machinery safely and efficiently Handle, lift and transport bags in line with OH&S standards Monitor production schedules and meet daily output targets Multitask and prioritise workloads to support team requirements Maintain punctuality, personal presentation and a proactive, "can-do" attitude Skills & Experience Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machinery operation Ability to lift and carry 20 kg repeatedly throughout the shift Demonstrated understanding of workplace health & safety (OH&S) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Forklift licence preferred but not essential A self-starter attitude with high levels of energy and reliability What We Offer Casual role with flexible shifts to suit your availability Hands-on, supportive training and development Friendly team culture in a growing company Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing and logistics experience Pre-Employment Requirements Right to work in Australia (no sponsorship available) Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Medical, including drug & alcohol testing How to Apply If you're physically fit, customer-focused and ready to give 100%, we'd love to hear from you.
