• Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service
• Answering phone calls and assisting with customer enquiries
• Supporting pharmacists with basic daily tasks
• Explaining simple medication usage (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Assisting with stock handling, packing orders, and general duties

• Strong English communication skills – natural, clear, confident
• Great customer service mindset – patient, calm, and professional
• Hard‑working, reliable, and not afraid of hands‑on tasks
• Able to work at least 4 days per week
• Punctual, responsible, and able to follow instructions
• Experience in pharmacy/retail/customer service is a plus
• Medication knowledge is an advantage (training provided)

• 7–8 hours per day (can be discussed)
• Minimum 4 days per week
• Starting at $27/hr, depending on experience
