About The Role

As an Apprentice Welder, you will learn the fundamentals of marine fabrication while contributing to the build of our industry‑leading boats. Working alongside experienced tradespeople, you’ll play a key role in producing high quality metal components that support our fit outs, trailers, and premium structures.

You Will

• Assist with welding and fabrication tasks using stainless steel and aluminium.
• Prepare materials and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
• Follow detailed fabrication drawings and job instructions.
• Support the build of precision components that meet strict quality standards.
• Learn and apply safe work practices across all daily tasks.
• Grow into a skilled tradesperson capable of contributing at a high level.
