Role detailsThe AODS and Specialist Teams at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications for an Allied Health Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunityTo work as a member of a trans-disciplinary team within the MHAODs Division, delivering clinical services to clients in the Mackay Hospital and Health Service region, covering a range of clinical conditions, complexity and age groups.
To contribute to client care through the provision of clinical support tasks under the direction and supervision of an Allied Health Professional.
About The TeamThe Mental Health and AOD Service is comprised of eight clinical teams across the MHHS. The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems. Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery oriented and are provided in a variety of settings including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.
